Also, collaborate with customer service, product, and marketing teams to enhance program value and customer experience. Lead the strategy and management of a customer loyalty program to increase retention, repeat purchases, and brand advocacy. Develop program mechanics, rewards structure, and promotional campaigns to drive enrollment and engagement with Hydro Flask’s most passionate customers. Integrate the Hydro Flask Trade-In Program into the brand’s Loyalty Program.
