We are looking for a Performance Growth Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate Pluxee’s acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth in LATAM South. You will lead a multicultural team of 7 performance specialists across Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Uruguay, driving multi-country digital strategies while ensuring local excellence, that includes SEO/GEO, Paid Media and Marketing Automation. 

This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven leader passionate about scaling performance engines in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. 

The Performance Growth Digital Marketing Manager manages Pluxee’s multi‑country growth engine across Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Uruguay,  leading a multi-cultural team of 8 specialists focused on Paid Media, SEO/Geo, Marketing Automation, and Performance Analytics. The role drives end‑to‑end acquisition and retention strategies for B2B, B2M, and B2C audiences, ensuring regional consistency while adapting to local needs.


The job includes overseeing campaign execution, optimization, experimentation, and conversion improvements, using data to steer decisions and maximize ROI. Collaborating closely with CRM, Product, Content, Sales, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated growth outcomes. As a regional leader, enable operational excellence, elevate digital maturity, and accelerate business growth through a strong performance marketing framework.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing 

1. Lead & Develop a High-Performing Multi-Country Team 

  • Manage, mentor, and upskill an 8-person performance marketing team distributed across 4 countries. 

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

2. Own the Regional Performance Growth Strategy 

  • Design performance marketing strategies for B2B, B2M and B2C acquisition and retention funnels. 

  • Ensure cross-market consistency while adapting campaigns to local realities and targets. 

3. Scale Paid Media & Demand Generation 

  • Oversee execution and optimization of paid performance activities (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic). 

  • Drive full‑funnel growth—from impressions to qualified leads—following best practices reflected in Pluxee's paid media roles. 

4. Advance Data Analytics & Conversion Optimization 

  • Monitor the main KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, etc). 

  • Build and interpret dashboards and reporting frameworks to support decision-making. 

  • Lead testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative experiments, landing page optimization). 

5. Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with CRM, Content, Product, Sales, and Local Marketing teams. 

  • Ensure alignment between demand generation, nurturing flows, and country-specific business objectives. 

6. Promote Innovation & Best Practices 

  • Introduce new channels, automation, and growth methodologies, spearheading innovation. 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh insights to the region. 

7. Stakeholder Management 

  • Align priorities with Country Marketing Leads, Sales, and Regional Leadership to ensure consistency across Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Uruguay. 

  • Collaborate closely with CRM, Content, Product, Analytics, and Sales to co‑create growth strategies and ensure end‑to‑end funnel performance. 

  • Translate performance data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders, supporting decision‑making and regional planning. 

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, platforms, and Martech/Adtech partners to drive execution quality and innovation. 

  • Facilitate best‑practice sharing across markets while respecting local specifics, ensuring smooth execution and shared ownership of results. 

🌟 You’re a match

  • 10+ years in performance or growth marketing. 
  • 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven leadership in multi-country teams is ideal.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of scaling acquisition and retention in B2B or B2B2C environments. 
  • Deep knowledge of paid media platforms, analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager), and experimentation frameworks. 
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Data Analysis  
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory.
  • Advanced Spanish and Portuguese are high valued.
  • Soft Skills: Inspirational leadership & team development, Strong stakeholder management, Agility and ability to navigate ambiguity, Passion for innovation, testing, and optimization. Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid scheme.
