Hiring Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000

 Position Summary:

The Email & Engagement Manager is responsible for executing lifecycle marketing programs that drive customer engagement, bookings, product adoption, and retention across GOLFTEC Enterprises’ global brands.

This role focuses on building and managing automated email and SMS programs in HubSpot, supporting key moments throughout the customer lifecycle — from lead nurture and onboarding to retention and re-engagement.

The Email & Engagement Manager works closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to translate strategic initiatives into well-executed campaigns and automated journeys. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable

operating as a strong individual contributor responsible for delivering high-quality lifecycle communications at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Lifecycle Execution

  • Build and manage automated email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot that support customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Execute segmented communication journeys based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and product engagement
  • Maintain clean workflow logic, enrollment rules, suppression lists, and QA processes to ensure accurate targeting and automation performance
  • Support campaign setup including template configuration, testing, and deployment

Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Programs

● Execute lifecycle programs that support lead nurture, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement

● Develop targeted messaging that reinforces product value and encourages continued customer engagement

● Ensure lifecycle communications evolve alongside changing business needs and customer insights

Campaign Execution & Marketing Support

● Support the deployment of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels

● Coordinate campaign setup, scheduling, QA, and deployment to ensure smooth execution

● Maintain documentation and processes that support scalable campaign delivery

Data, Reporting & Optimization

● Monitor campaign performance including engagement rates, conversions, and customer behavior trends

● Build and maintain reports that track lifecycle performance and campaign impact

● Identify optimization opportunities through testing, segmentation improvements, and messaging updates

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Partner with Marketing, Product, CX, and Operations teams to execute engagement initiatives

● Translate strategic direction into executed campaigns and automated workflows

● Communicate campaign timelines, status updates, and results with key stakeholders

Competencies:

● Strong executional discipline with exceptional attention to detail

● Comfortable taking direction and translating ideas into clean, accurate implementation

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results and identify clear next steps

● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines

● Clear communicator and reliable cross-functional partner


Requirements

● 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM execution roles

● Hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly email marketing and workflow automation

● Experience supporting subscription-based or recurring revenue businesses

● Strong data reporting skills, including validation and analysis

● Familiarity with customer feedback tools, survey data, or CX inputs

● Understanding of email best practices including deliverability, QA, and compliance

● Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders

● Interest in golf, sports, fitness, or technology industries is a plus
