Lead Specialist, Marketing, Medical Technology

Lead Specialist, Marketing (equivalent to Associate Brand Manager) must handle paperwork, compliance, and end-to-end marketing activities independently due to the lean structure of the company. Candidate should be capable of both strategic planning and detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Collaboration Campaigns (50%)
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns and activities in collaboration with hospitals.
- Execute various types of campaigns: events, digital campaigns, promotions, activation, etc.
- Work with external vendors and closely with the Refractive team (Sales, Application, PDC) to ensure successful campaign rollout and drive business growth for both ZEISS and the hospital.
2. Inbound Marketing (30%)
- Develop and execute content strategy for educational websites and co-branded hospital fanpages to grow HCP and consumer communities.
- Create, edit, and manage content, working with designers, video editors, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
- Oversee campaign airing, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
3. Trade Marketing (10%)
- Design, register, and monitor trade programs (discounts/FOC) with authorities. Work closely with cross function to implement program
- Support Marketing Manager in producing POS materials for key accounts.
4. CRM Management (10%)
Monitor and manage marketing tasks in CRM: create Marketo numbers for events, assign opportunities to sales team members.
Education / Professional Certification
- Education: University degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience
- 5- 7 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in pharmaceutical MNCs, healthcare industry, or deep-tech companies is preferred.
- Ability to use design software or AI tools is an advantage.
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Professional attitude, tenacious, and a proactive problem solver.
