Marketing Automation Manager
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing Technology & Automation Manager within our Marketing division. This position falls under our Corporate Services line of business and is located in London or Swindon, UK.
In this role, you will take ownership of complex marketing automation initiatives across the UK. You will act as a subject matter expert for Marketo and associated platforms, driving advanced automation, personalisation, and ABM programs across multiple brands.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Salesforce, Data, and Sales Operations teams, helping to shape technical solutions and optimise workflows. This role will play a key part in evolving Corpay’s MarTech roadmap, including CDP adoption, AI-driven use cases, and advanced data-driven engagement strategies. You will be reporting to the Automation and Technology Director Marketing, UK.

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:
Marketing Automation Execution & Optimisation
- Build, execute, and optimise marketing automation campaigns within Marketo, including email programs, nurture flows, scoring, and segmentation.
- Support web personalisation initiatives using Webeo and SMS campaigns via Twilio SMS.
- Assist with maintaining integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, data platforms, and third-party tools.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to defined best practices, data standards, and governance guidelines.
Campaign & ABM Support
- Partner with brand and campaign teams to deliver targeted and personalised marketing programs, including ABM initiatives.
- Support list management, audience segmentation, enrichment, and workflow tools.
- Troubleshoot campaign and automation issues to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with Salesforce, Data/BI, and Sales Operations teams to support accurate data flow and reporting.
- Translate campaign requirements into technical execution within marketing automation platforms.
- Provide operational support and recommendations to marketers using automation tools.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new MarTech capabilities, including CDP and AI-driven features.
- Stay up to date with marketing automation, ABM, and AI trends, sharing ideas and best practices with the wider team.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, personalisation, and campaign performance through automation.
Governance & Compliance
- Support GDPR and data privacy compliance across all marketing automation activities.
- Assist with monitoring performance metrics and reporting on marketing automation effectiveness.
- Help maintain documentation, processes, and standards across platforms.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar hands-on MarTech role within a B2B or multi-brand environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign builds, scoring, lifecycle management, and nurturing.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM integrations.
- Experience supporting web personalisation and/or SMS marketing platforms (e.g. Webeo, Twilio SMS) is advantageous.
- Exposure to ABM strategies and enrichment/workflow tools is desirable.
- Understanding of GDPR, data governance, and compliance requirements in digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and data teams.
