Marketing Comms Specialist I

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Build and update customer personas for targeted campaign strategies.
• Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and products across platforms.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.

Email Campaign Operations (Eloqua)

• Perform QA for email builds and canvases across tiers to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Extract and analyze campaign performance reports and complete PSRs from Eloqua.

Customer Journey & Reporting

• Map and present customer journeys for assigned shows and regions; obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
• Create and present post-show reports; delegate reporting tasks as needed.
• Consolidate and submit monthly business reports to campaign leadership.

Process Improvement & Leadership

• Lead and participate in initiatives to improve campaign processes and efficiency.
• Guide junior team members in journey mapping and technical execution.
• Review and maintain process documentation across regions.
• Support onboarding, engagement activities, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
