Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build and update customer personas for targeted campaign strategies.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and products across platforms.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Email Campaign Operations (Eloqua)
- Perform QA for email builds and canvases across tiers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Extract and analyze campaign performance reports and complete PSRs from Eloqua.
Customer Journey & Reporting
- Map and present customer journeys for assigned shows and regions; obtain stakeholder sign-off.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
- Create and present post-show reports; delegate reporting tasks as needed.
- Consolidate and submit monthly business reports to campaign leadership.
Process Improvement & Leadership
- Lead and participate in initiatives to improve campaign processes and efficiency.
- Guide junior team members in journey mapping and technical execution.
- Review and maintain process documentation across regions.
- Support onboarding, engagement activities, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
