Marketing Email Developer

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

Build and manage email campaigns in Eloqua for clients and prospects
Design HTML emails, templates, and responsive newsletters
Execute campaigns based on marketing plans and ensure compliance with best practices and data privacy laws
Optimize deliverability, list hygiene, and campaign performance
Conduct A/B tests and oversee campaign quality control
Track and report on email and content marketing performance
Analyze subscriber behavior to inform marketing decisions
Implement segmentation and lead scoring for targeted outreach
Serve as the Eloqua expert, providing training, troubleshooting, and user support
Develop platform solutions to improve campaign efficiency and results

What Are We Looking For?

8+ years in email marketing or marketing automation
Experience with Eloqua and similar platforms
Strong HTML and responsive email design skills
Knowledge of segmentation, B2B campaigns, A/B testing, and optimization
Understanding of deliverability, compliance, and email best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Eloqua or other automation tools
Experience with lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data analysis
Knowledge of cross‑channel marketing and CSS for responsive design
