The Opportunity

Adobe is rapidly growing in Brazil, and we’re looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst who is motivated by using data to drive meaningful business impact.

This high‑visibility role blends analytics, storytelling, and cross‑regional collaboration—giving you the opportunity to influence strategy for both Brazil and global teams.

As the analytics lead for Brazil, you’ll play a pivotal role in one of Adobe’s most dynamic markets. You’ll assess full‑funnel marketing performance, deliver clear and compelling insights to senior leaders, and guide investment decisions across paid media, social, and upper‑funnel campaigns.

You’ll partner closely with teams across Brazil and the U.S. to analyze trends, design experiments, and enhance forecasting for visits, orders, and revenue‑critical KPIs. You’ll also collaborate with Product Marketing, GTM, Finance, Media, and Data Science to evolve measurement frameworks and support confident, data‑informed decision‑making across the region.

This is an opportunity to lead high‑impact analytics in a vibrant market—and shape how Adobe grows in Brazil.

What you'll Do

  • Analyze full‑funnel marketing outcomes across paid media, social, and upper‑funnel programs
  • Develop clear, actionable insights that guide strategy and inform senior leadership decisions
  • Shape investment strategies across multiple marketing channels based on performance signals and opportunities
  • Partner with regional and global teams to assess trends, design experiments, and evaluate results
  • Refine forecasting models for key metrics, including visits, units, orders, and revenue indicators
  • Collaborate with Media, Product Marketing, Finance, GTM, Marketing Science, and Data Science to advance measurement frameworks
  • Translate analytical findings into simple, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences
  • Build alignment and support decision‑making across a matrixed, cross‑functional organization
  • Interpret A/B tests, find opportunities, and evaluate business impact
  • Help leadership apply insights to inform planning, media decisions, and performance optimization

What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, ideally supporting full‑funnel programs
  • Experience in media or agency environments is preferred (paid media, performance media, or cross‑channel measurement)
  • Strong analytical skills, including trend analysis, opportunity sizing, and A/B test interpretation
  • Familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools
  • Clear communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and building alignment across multiple partners
  • Strategic problem‑solver who integrates data, customer insights, and business context into recommendations
  • Builds positive, productive relationships and works collaboratively toward shared goals
  • Adaptable in fast‑changing environments and confident navigating ambiguity

If you enjoy connecting data to strategy and want to make a measurable impact in a key international market, we’d love to meet you!
